Robot Twister and APR

For the automatic bending of small products, the twister is developed. For big products, the APR is developed. This is a compact and fast Robot specially designed for this application. The concept is unique and revolutionary and distinguished itself through the compact layout which results to minimum floor space requirements. By means of the short ‘axis-travel’ a considerable production time reduction will be established.

Next to this, the bending robot is standard equipt with specially designed programming software, which leads to shorter set up times but also simplifies the programming so that even untrained operators quickly get started to work with this robot. The load capacity ranges from 20 kg up to 250 kg. (44 lbs up to 551 lbs)
