PrimaSorting is the system for the automatic unloading and stacking of processed parts for the full automation of the production cycle. It completes the range of PrimaServer, the modular system designed for the automatic material handling and automates the complete production flow.

Maximum Efficiency: Processed Parts Prompt Availability
PrimaSorting is extremely compact and flexible: thanks to its vacuum cups device, where each cup can be activated separately from the others, the clamp adjusts according to the size and the shape of the parts to be sorted. The components are stacked and arranged on pallets or in suitable cases, ready for the next production stage.
The scraps are removed by means of the standard LaserServer fork-type clamp, which also allows the quick unloading of complete processed sheets.
Simple and Fast Programming
The sorting cycles can be automatically programmed thanks to a specific module of the PICAM CAD-CAM software.
