Maximum Modularity, Flexibility and Expandability

LaserServer is a modular system designed to obtain the maximum configuration flexibility and expandability. By adding or substituting different options, it is possible to increase the system capabilities in terms of unmanned production activity and of management of different sheet metal sizes, materials and thicknesses.

Thanks to its utmost versatility, LaserServer can also serve more than one machine and can be integrated with more than one store at a time. This makes the system the most suitable for customers with high productivity needs or with production growth plans for the future. LaserServer allows in fact the investment to keep pace with increased production requirements.

In its basic configuration LaserServer consists of:

• A handling robot equipped with both adjustable suction cups, for the operating of the different sheet sizes, and an unloading double-comb device for the processed sheets and scraps.
• Two fixed tables to be used as loading and unloading stations.
• An automatic sheet-separation system and a thickness measuring device to assure that no more than one sheet is picked up at the same time. This ensures the reliability of the system also during the unmanned operations.
• A user friendly and intuitive system controller, which allows long term production schedule, remote monitoring of the production, blank and processed material management (if tower store is available).
• Standard safety protections.

Optionally, LaserServer can be also equipped with:

• Two shuttle tables which can replace the two fixed tables of the loading/unloading stations.
• One or more tower stores with up to 25 shelves (standard).

For the best integration of LaserServer in the workshop, two versions are available: transversal and longitudinal, which differ for the position of the handling robot and the loading/unloading stations with respect to the laser machine.
