With CompactServer the PLATINO, SYNCRONO and DOMINO machines become independent, unmanned work cells with maximum output and efficiency.

Total integration, great accessibility and ease of use

CompactServer needs virtually no room. All its components are in fact over the automatic pallet changer and consequently require no additional floorspace. This total integration allows also transporting the system without disassembling it and makes the installation easy and quick, with no need of foundations.

The two shelves of CompactServer are easily accessible for raw and finished sheet metal stacks loading and unloading; to make these operations even more practical, the stacks can be housed together with their europallets.

Maximum reliability and user-friendliness

CompactServer is directly controlled by the machine CNC, PRIMACH-20L. This solution is to the advantage of the system reliability, compactness and management ease.

As the complete PrimaServer line, CompactServer is provided with all the devices for safety, referencing, separation and measuring, which grant a safe and efficient unmanned activity.

Working cycle

The vacuum cups pick up a raw sheet from the shelf and lay it on the comb, which puts it down on the automatic pallet changer, ready to be machined. After the processing, the comb collects the finished sheet (workpieces, scraps and skeleton) and unloads it on the shelf.
