For customers who are looking for a “no nonsense” press brake with outstanding performance, Darley provides the solution with the AP press brake. This NC controlled, hydraulic press brake is available in different sizes from 80 ton to 300 ton capacity.

The AP press brake has a rigid, welded frame and is designed to European standards. The exact parallel run is guaranteed by a torsion-axis system with heavy and low maintenance bearings. The traditional design of the AP machine delivers convenient handling and high accuracy.

The CNC is mounted on a swiveling arm so the machine can be operated from the middle of the machine. Two hand/foot control in four (4) operating modes: Test bending, Two-hand mode, Two-hand/foot mode, and foot mode.

The Standard machine includes fences on left, right, and rear of machine; mechanical depth-loads (Y axis), NC control with accuracy of +/-0.1mm; torsion-axis system with heavy-duty, low-maintenance bearings; and illuminated work area. Includes set of universal punches, set of intermediates for Eurostyle punches, centering plate on the table, and set of Multi-V die with four (4) grooves. Options include manual operated anti-deflection system and LightGuard system LGS 900 Sick.
